From Exposition, select Process booth orders, select a line item, click Options, and select Line Note

To enter an order-line note
1. From Exposition, select Process booth orders to open the Process booth orders window.
2. Open an order (see Finding Exposition Orders).
3. Click Edit.
4. Select an order line.
5. Click Options, and select Line Note to open the Expo Order Line Note window.
6. Enter the order-line note. Press Ctrl+Z to enlarge the data entry area.
7. Click OK.
8. Click Save.
